The Chittoor chest clinic runs in the evening, which is deliberate: it means a consultation with a chest specialist without taking a day off work, and without the journey to Tirupati or Vellore. A general and chest physician also consults here through the day, and on Sunday morning.

Yes. The chest clinic at both centres is run by Dr K. Aneef Basha to the same protocols, so a patient moving between them keeps the same plan and the same records.
Dr V. Shameena Banu, a general and chest physician, holds her own clinic here: 10 AM to 2 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM Monday to Saturday, and 10 AM to 1 PM on Sunday. Ring the Chittoor number to book with her; her clinic is not on the online form.
Procedures and imaging are done at the Tirupati centre, which has the equipment. The Chittoor clinic handles consultation, assessment and follow-up, and arranges the Tirupati visit when a procedure is needed.
Dr Basha visits Sri Sai Hospital in Palamaner on the second and fourth Friday of every month. Those appointments are made by the hospital directly.
